Thankful for the Memories 💜
Wednesday 5th NovThis Thanksgiving, I’m running the Cincinnati Thanksgiving Day Race 10K in memory of my grandmother, Debbie Willis, who lost her courageous battle with Alzheimer’s this November.
My goal is to raise $250 to support Alzheimer’s research and care — helping other families find hope and comfort in the fight against this heartbreaking disease.
My Grandma Debbie loved the holidays with all the laughter, the food and most importantly, the family all together.
That’s why it feels only fitting that on Thanksgiving, I run for her. Her strength, adventurous spirit and love for her family will continue to inspire me every day and I’ll be carrying her spirit with me every step of the way.
