Anyone who knew Mom felt her life radiate with a joy and purpose that touched countless lives through her kindness and generosity. She had a remarkable ability to connect with others, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Even as she bravely faced the challenges of Alzheimer's disease, her strength and resilience were a testament to her character, and she taught us all the importance of living in the moment and embracing all that life has to offer. That included jumping in the car and driving 100 miles to have a picnic, amazing journeys and holidays with family, including a years-long game of Trivial Pursuit!
In her honor, let us come together to support research aimed at ending dementia and Alzheimer's disease. By contributing to this cause, we can help ensure that future generations do not have to face the same struggles that she did.
For her family and friends, she will forever sparkle in our hearts, encouraging us to treasure every moment, uplift one another, and discover joy and adventure in our daily lives. Let us carry her spirit forward and continue to spread the love and kindness she embodied.
