When Marsha was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Tommy promised to care for her at home. With the help of Kevin and Kim he was able to keep that promise. Marsha moved on in 2018 and now Tommy is back by her side. They are probably sitting on a beach somewhere doing a Shag dance and telling all the stories.
