Currently, more than 6 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease, and that number is expected to grow to nearly 13 million by 2050. Our future is at risk, and we must come together to change the course of this disease.

Thank you for this drive and adventure to raise money. My mother suffers from dementia. Our family is lucky as she is still a lovely kind person. My mother in law is also suffering with dementia. It is so widespread, so many are affected. As a nurse I have cared for so many patients and their families and this disease is brutal. Go forth and conquer that trek!!
