In Loving Memory of Paula Thornton

Paula Thornton was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. She was full of life. She shopped, she traveled, she danced, she nurtured, she cared, she loved. To know Paula Thornton was to LOVE Paula Thornton. She battled this devastating disease for fifteen years, however, though all the pain and suffering, her light never dimmed and her smile never faded. She had such a soft yet bold soul, one that you would never forget.  After losing our loved one to Alzheimer's, we wanted to honor their memory in a way that would make a difference. That's why we joined the fight to end this disease by creating this tribute page in their name. By taking this step, we are raising funds to support the critical work of the Alzheimer's Association: providing care and support for families, advancing promising research and offering a lifeline through their free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900). Every dollar raised helps ensure that no one faces Alzheimer's alone. A future without Alzheimer's is out there. Let's get there, together.  Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
