In loving memory of my mother Sandy Milliken who lived with Alzheimer’s for many years.

By participating in this event, I've committed to raising awareness and funds to advance the care and support efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®.

Currently, more than 6 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease, and that number is expected to grow to nearly 13 million by 2050. Our future is at risk, and we must come together to change the course of this disease.

Please support my efforts by making a donation. Funds raised support the educational programs and services offered free of charge by the Alzheimer's Association, Vermont Chapter. Thank you for joining the fight against Alzheimer’s disease!

Training ski to Wind Gap

Great ski with my ski partner Tom Berry up the Catamount Trail up from Forest City trail joining the Challenge trail up to Wind Gap, the point on the Challenge Trail after which it all downhill to the finish,  Great snow so far.  

Starting to train for the CHC!

Sweet early season conditions at Trapp Family Lodge XC today for a first day of training with one of CHC partners, Tom Berry.  Great to be out on skis on a sunny cold day!
