I'm fundraising for...My Grandmother. Grace Bertolet

Race for Grace started back in 2009. I was twenty-five years old watching my Grandmother Grace battle the late stages of Alzheimer’s.

I was looking to run a marathon and stumbled upon the ALZ Run to Remember organization. One year has now turned into year sixteen running with the R2R team at the Philadelphia Marathon weekend. This has been an emotional partnership, a way to remember Gracie and also push to help donations for all who will have to battle this fierce disease in the future.

Our family bleeds purple. We are grateful for the work this organization does to lead the charge for ALZ awareness & fundraising.

ALZ can take the memories of our loved ones, but it can never take the memories we have of them. We love our Grace. We run for her. #RaceForGrace 💜
