In loving memory of Dr. Fang Kum Loh
Dr. Fang Kum Loh lived a life dedicated to caring for others. As a physician, mentor, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, colleague, and friend, he touched countless lives with his kindness, generosity, wisdom, and quiet strength. He found great joy in his family, his patients, and the many relationships he built throughout his life.
In his later years, Dr. Loh faced Alzheimer's disease and dementia with grace and resilience. Many of you walked alongside our family during this journey, offering your love, prayers, encouragement, and support. We are deeply grateful, especially for the care and compassion shown to our family over these past several years at the Homeplace in Midway.
On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, following a brief illness, Dr. Loh passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family. While we will miss him dearly, we find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, free from the burdens of his illness, and remembered for the remarkable life he lived rather than the disease he endured.
In honor of Dr. Loh's memory, and in lieu of flowers, we invite those who wish to make a donation to support Alzheimer's research and families affected by this devastating disease. It is our hope that, together, we can help advance research, improve care, and bring hope to future families facing this journey. Thank you for helping us celebrate Dr. Loh's life and legacy, and for keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers.

Our deepest sympathy to Bo, Ryan, Lizzie, Andrew, Anthony , Diana, Doris and families on your loss. We will miss him too. From all the cousins, nieces and nephews from Canada, Singapore and UK. RIP Kum Kor. We love you and will miss you dearly
