In Loving Memory of Jim and Connie Dernbach

After losing both of our parents, Connie and Jim Dernbach, to dementia just 11 weeks apart, our family wanted to honor their lives in a way that could bring hope and support to others walking this same difficult road.Our parents shared 41 years of marriage, raising four children and building a life centered around family, community, music, food, laughter, and time outdoors.
