For our loving mother

Friday January 23rd 2026, our mom completed her earthly journey, and our hearts are shattered. To say we will miss her doesn’t begin to capture the depth of this loss. She was surrounded by her family in her final days, wrapped in the love she gave so freely all her life. A devoted mother, nurse and the most loving Nana, her world was her family, and her greatest joy was loving her babies with everything she had.

Though watching her decline was incredibly hard, she met each day with grace, warmth, and even her familiar smile. We are forever grateful for the woman who raised us, shaped us, and loved us unconditionally. Her lessons, her sacrifices, and her endless love live on  through all of us.

Thank you, Mom, for a lifetime of love, strength, and devotion. While your time with us here has ended, we take comfort in knowing you are at peace. We pray that you are watching over us and guiding us, and we promise to live in a way that would make you proud. Until the day we meet again, you will always be with us. We love you more than words could ever say.

Thank you to everyone for the outpouring of love, messages, and calls. We may not be able to respond to each one right now, but please know how deeply grateful we are for your support as we mourn the loss of our beloved matriarch.

After losing our beautiful mother to Vascular Dementia , we knew we couldn't just stand by. We wanted to honor her memory in a way that would make a difference. That's why I joined the fight to end this devastating disease by creating this tribute page in their name.

By taking this step, my siblings and I are raising funds to support the critical work of the Alzheimer's Association: providing care and support for families, advancing promising research and offering a lifeline through their free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900). Every dollar raised helps ensure that no one faces Alzheimer's alone.

I'd be so grateful if you would make a memorial gift in their name. It would mean a lot to me and those facing this relentless disease.

A future without Alzheimer's is out there. Let's get there, together.

Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.

Sincerely,

The Leroy Family
