Together, we commemorate the life of
Louise (Bobbie) Franco
By Franco Family
In loving memory of Louise (Bobbie) Franco
Our mother’s dementia symptoms began to manifest perhaps two years before our father died in 2018. It was a slow progression that, along with age, ultimately took her life on June 16, 2026. Even after the disease had progressed to its later stages, Mom, in moments of lucidity, would always seek opportunities to hug and hold her children’s and grandchildren’s hands. It was that resilience, that strength of character, that everyone will remember her for. Our mother embodied humanity’s greatest strength: love. She was the brightest light in our now very large family. When we are kind, when we are generous, when we are unselfish, it is because we saw her light shine through so much joy and pain. The example she set will be cherished for generations to come. All of us who have been fortunate enough to be given time on this planet deserve the chance to live it with a sound mind and body for as long as nature allows. We hope that this tribute to our mother will inspire you to join the mission to find a cure for this terrible disease, which has affected so many of our loved ones.

With our deepest sympathy at this time of sorrow. Our thoughts are with you.
