In Support of Dementia Research & Care

The Sanchez family created this tribute page to honor Jose’s memory in a way that makes a difference. He meant so much to our family and to all who knew him, and we are deeply grateful for the love and support he shared throughout his life. Over the last several years, we witnessed the gradual decline of Jose’s cognitive and physical abilities. Little by little, he lost the ability to stand, walk, hold objects, speak, and feed himself, and eventually could no longer understand or carry on conversations with his loved ones. Dementia took so much — but it never diminished how deeply he was loved. We honor his life and legacy by supporting Alzheimer’s and dementia research and care through this tribute page.
