Jean Churchill Tribute made by the ACC

I joined the fight against Alzheimer's by creating a club at my highschool (the ACC). This idea came from my grandma as she faced alzheimer’s disease. As it is such a terrible thing I believe that support is necessary and an online tribute page in my loved one's honor is the best way to give back. By taking this step, I'm raising funds to support the critical work of the Alzheimer's Association: providing care and support for families, advancing promising research and offering a lifeline through their free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900). Every dollar raised helps ensure that no one faces Alzheimer's alone.
