David Wang was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2023. Our family slowly watched his mind drift in and out of the presence and sometimes not recognizing who we were. In addition, David suffered from Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), diabetes, and eventually becoming blind in both eyes. We wanted to honor his legacy in a way that would make a difference. That's why we joined the fight to end this devastating disease by creating this tribute page in his name. By taking this step, We are raising funds to support the critical work of the Alzheimer's Association: providing care and support for families, advancing promising research and offering a lifeline through their free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900).
