My grandma, Fern, was one of the kindest people I've ever known. She spent her life caring for others, welcoming everyone with warmth, and making friends wherever she went. She had a way of making people feel valued and loved, and her compassion touched countless lives.Watching dementia slowly change the person we knew and loved was incredibly difficult. While the disease affected her memory, it never diminished the kindness and love that defined who she was. Losing her has left a space in our hearts that can never truly be filled.To honor my grandma's memory, I have created this tribute page in support of those affected by dementia and the families who walk this difficult journey alongside them.
