Remembering Carl Greene - Living a Life of Joy!

Our beloved Carl was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2022, though he had shown symptoms for several years prior. True to his nature, he faced the disease with courage, humor, and an unshakable faith. Carl refused to let Alzheimer’s define him. He remained active and engaged — taking Tai Chi and aquatics classes, playing ping pong, dancing with me, and volunteering in several ministries at our church. Carl demonstrated every day that there is still joy, purpose, and love to be found after a diagnosis. On August 24, 2025, Carl went to his peace. While our hearts ache with missing him, we are inspired by the way he lived. His life reminds us that we must continue fighting for a future where no family has to face this disease. Our family is deeply grateful for memorial gifts made in Carl’s name. Each gift supports Alzheimer’s research, education, and caregiver support — helping to bring hope to others on this journey.
