Remembering Kathy Williams and Supporting the Fight Against Alzheimer's

Kathleen "Kathy" Williams passed away on April 18, 2026, after a long journey with Alzheimer's disease.

Kathy devoted her life to her family, her friends, and the communities she called home. A teacher by training and a caregiver at heart, she was known for her loyalty, quick wit, fierce strength, and unwavering commitment to those she loved. She and her husband, John, built a life centered on family, raising three sons and later delighting in the lives of six grandchildren.

Like millions of families, ours experienced the heartbreak of Alzheimer's disease firsthand. Over many years, we watched this disease gradually take pieces of the person we knew and loved. Yet even as Alzheimer's changed so much, the love Kathy shared with her family remained at the center of her life.

This tribute page has been created in Kathy's memory to honor her life and support the work being done to advance Alzheimer's research, improve care for patients and caregivers, and move closer to a world without this disease.

We are grateful for your remembrance of Kathy and for any contribution made in her honor. Your support helps families facing Alzheimer's today and offers hope for those who will face it in the future.

Thank you for helping us celebrate Kathy's life and legacy.
