Together, we commemorate the life of
Roseann Nastro

Roseann Nastro beloved Mother and Grandmother 11/13/2025
Roseann was a loving mother, grandmother, and lifelong New Yorker at heart. She is survived by her two children — Peter Nastro, married to Karen and Carla Schirm, married to Geoff — and by her five grandchildren, whom she adored: Taylor Haigler (married to William), Peter James Nastro, Michael Nastro, Zach Schirm and Matthew Schirm.
Roseann loved deeply and lived with style and spirit. She was a proud Italian, a true NY girl who never lost her love for the Yankees, the Giants, fashion, shopping, and cooking. She brought beauty, laughter, and great meals to everyone around her.
We were able to honor her final wish by laying her to rest in historic Greenwood Cemetery, beside her parents, with a beautiful view of the Statue of Liberty and the New York skyline that she treasured all her life.
Her memory lives on through her family she was so proud of and the love she shared so generously.
That's why we joined the fight to end this devastating disease by creating this tribute page in her name raising funds to support the critical work of the Alzheimer's Association: providing care and support for families, advancing promising research and offering a lifeline through their free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900). Every dollar raised helps ensure that no one faces Alzheimer's alone.
We’d be so grateful if you would make a memorial gift in their name. It would mean a lot to me and those facing this relentless disease.
A future without Alzheimer's is out there. Let's get there, together.
Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
