For the Wife Who Was My World - I will always love you sweetheart

Life with Sharon was never ordinary—it was rich with love, laughter, wonder and shared moments that became the heartbeat of our world. As my wife, Sharon was a partner in every sense: equal in love, generous in spirit, and unwavering in support. Together, we built a life filled with many little successes, small rituals, and big dreams. Her absence feels lonely, yet her presence lingers—in the familiar chair, the favorite song, the evening quiet. This tribute is for the one who stood beside me through it all. Though the ache of loss is deep, so is the love for every moment we shared. I carry her love forward, to share with all, and to feel her warmth for eternity—not as something left behind, but as something that continues to guide me. A true partner in life, and in sweet memory forever.

She was the one I could tell anything to.

She understood me before I understood myself.

We laughed at nothing and everything.

We shared jokes, glances, songs, and plans.

You weren’t just my partner—you were my person.

The first one I called with news, big or small.

I still reach for my phone, still start sentences with “She’ll love this.”

Then I remember.

And my heart aches, all over again.

But I hold tight to the friendship that shaped me.

The late-night talks. The goofy nicknames. The way you made me feel seen.

Grief has made space where your laughter used to live.

But love fills it still.

Because love and friendship like that doesn’t vanish—it settles into the soul.

You were my best friend, my sounding board, my safe place.

I miss you every day.

And I’m forever grateful for every moment we had, side by side.

After losing the woman who was my life to Alzheimer's, I knew I couldn't just stand by. I wanted to honor her memory in a way that would make a difference. That's why I joined the fight to end this devastating disease by creating this tribute page in their name.

By taking this step, I'm supporting the critical work of the Alzheimer's Association: providing care and support for families, advancing promising research and offering a lifeline through their free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900). Every dollar raised helps ensure that no one faces Alzheimer's alone.

I'd be so grateful if you would make a memorial gift in Sharon's name. It would mean a lot to me and those facing this relentless disease.

A future without Alzheimer's is out there. Let's get there, together.

Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
