In Memory of Jean Veldhoven

Our family recently lost our beloved wife and mother, Jean, after her long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. We created this tribute page in her memory to honor the life she lived and to support other families facing this difficult disease. Alzheimer’s affects not only the person living with it, but everyone who loves them. We have seen firsthand how challenging and heartbreaking this journey can be.
