Train With Coach Amanda
Amanda is a NYC-based actress, runner, and proud TEAM ALZ coach. She has completed over 15 marathons, including seven consecutive Boston Marathon races, with a marathon PR of 3:07 and a half PR of 1:24.
As a TEAM ALZ coach, she has guided over 130 athletes in the New York City Marathon, creating personalized training programs that help runners reach their goals while raising critical awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer’s and all other dementias.
"It's easy to get wrapped up in the scariness of a challenge. But when you have this community you begin to see yourself as part of a bigger picture. You get to be a runner every time you lace up and show up for yourself. And because you are part of the ALZ community, every one of those steps you take is truly making a difference"
