After losing our dad, Wilfredo, at 87-1/2 years old, we knew we couldn’t just stand by. Following a courageous eight-year battle with Dementia—one that accelerated rapidly in his final six months—we wanted to honor his memory by making a tangible difference. Even as the disease progressed, he remained an amazing man who refused to let anything slow him down. We are blessed he never forgot us and his family, but the most simple things were forgotten or confused.We created this tribute page to join the fight against this devastating disease.
