Susan B. Rhetts, of Minneapolis, MN and Alexandria, VA, passed away peacefully on July 21st, 2026. Born to Kathryn and Jacob Oxman of Short Hills NJ, Susan was a graduate of Smith College and Harvard University, earning degrees in French and Teaching. Susan shall be remembered for her devotion to language instruction at Breck School and at St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School; as well as her love for choral music and her deep connection with her family. Susan is survived by her daughter, Braden, and her three grandchildren. She shall be lovingly remembered by her brothers David, Stephen, and Craig, and her many sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A family interment will be held on July 30th 2026.
