Help our team reach our goal!
My team is participating in Washburn Challenge because Alzheimer’s has affected all of us. This June, we will be biking and kayaking to raise vital funding and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association. Together, we will outshine the darkness of Alzheimer’s and illuminate a path towards a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementias!
Why We Participate:
Alzheimer’s disease is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. Over 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s, and over 11 million are acting as their caregivers.
We are taking on this challenge for all those affected while raising funds and awareness to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s.
Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer’s research — only dollars. But together, we can help change that. Alzheimer’s touches all of us, and it will take all of us to end it. Please consider participating and fundraising with us or making a donation. Thank you!
