NYC Marathon

I'm fundraising for my dad, gong gong, & everyone whose been impacted by dementia

By participating in this event, I've committed to raising awareness and funds to advance the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®.

Currently, more than 6 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease, and that number is expected to grow to nearly 13 million by 2050. Our future is at risk, and we must come together to change the course of this disease.

Please support my efforts by making a donation. All funds raised benefit the Alzheimer's Association and its work to enhance care and support programs and advance research toward methods of treatment, prevention, and, ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's disease.  Thank you for joining the fight against Alzheimer’s disease!

My Updates

Still running. Still kicking dementia in the butt.

A few weeks ago, I crossed the London Marathon finish line having raised over $4,6k for Alzheimer’s Society UK - and I felt something shift. Not just physically (though 26.2 miles will definitely do that to you 😭), but in terms of purpose. Going into London, I already knew that running for dementia research wouldn’t be a one-time thing.

Officially earning a spot on Team Alzheimer’s Association gives me another shot at fundraising, with something wonderfully challenging waiting for me months later.

This cause is deeply personal. I lost my dad to Lewy Body dementia in March 2025, and my gong gong lives with Alzheimer’s today. I’ve watched what this disease takes - not just memories, but presence, recognition, the people I love most. Research and care = the only path to changing that story for future families experiencing what mine did - and continues to.

Thanks for being here. Please consider donating what you can 💜 I’m forever grateful!
