Eileen Mary O’Shea Sparling hailed from Abbeyfeale, Limerick, Ireland and lived a long full life. She was 92 years old when she passed on April 10. Mom was an amazingly strong and independent woman who overcame almost every obstacle along the way. Alzheimer's Disease was her final challenge. It is a cruel disease that affects individuals and their whole family. 

By creating this tribute page, we are raising funds to support the critical work of the Alzheimer's Association: providing care and support for families, advancing promising research and offering a lifeline through their free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900). Every dollar raised helps ensure that no one faces Alzheimer's alone.
