Jay was a loving husband, stepfather, brother, (great)uncle, (great)grandfather, and friend. He served his country as a Marine Corpsman in Vietnam and served his community of Edwardsville, IL. He loved music, golfing, biking, fishing, and photography. Those who knew Jay appreciated his kindness, generosity, and infectious laugh.
Tragically, Alzheimer's disease cut Jay's life short. In his memory, we're raising funds to support the critical work of the Alzheimer's Association: providing care and support for families and advancing promising research.
Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
