In Memory of Jane Wong Chao

Our mom raised six daughters, mostly on her own, after we lost our dad almost 40 years ago. She was tough. She had to be. And she did it without ever making it look like a sacrifice, even though we know now it was.

Alzheimer's took her from us slowly, and it's a cruel disease to watch someone go through. But that's not who she was. She was the woman who held six daughters together through everything life threw at her, and she did it with more strength than most people will ever have to find.

If you knew her, or if you just want to help us honor her, we'd be grateful for a gift in her memory. The Alzheimer's Association helps families get answers, supports caregivers who are exhausted and scared, funds research toward better treatments and someday a cure. Every bit helps move us closer to a world where families don't have to lose someone this way.

Thank you for remembering her with us.

With love,

Jane's Daughters
