Why I Run to Fight Alzheimer’s – In Memory of Cathie McQuarrie

I run to honor the memory of Cathie McQuarrie, a remarkable woman whose love and spirit continue to inspire me every day. Alzheimer’s took Cathie from us, but it will never erase the joy, laughter, and strength she brought into our family.
