I'm fundraising for...my grandmother and my mother-in-law
I am so fortunate and honored to be given a spot on TEAM ALZ for this year’s NYC marathon. I am running for my beloved icon of a grandmother, Bonnie Ermon, who played such an important role in so many lives. We just lost her 8/11/26 making this all the more special. She most recently received wonderful support in a memory care unit at Laurel Senior Living. I am also running for my wonderful mother-in-law. Witnessing firsthand the care required for our parents and seniors as their needs change shows just how much needs to be done to combat this disease.
By participating in this event, I've committed to raising awareness and funds to advance the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®.
Currently, more than 6 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease, and that number is expected to grow to nearly 13 million by 2050. Our future is at risk, and we must come together to change the course of this disease.

All funds raised benefit the Alzheimer's Association and its work to enhance care and support programs and advance research toward methods of treatment, prevention, and, ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's disease.
