In memory of Hazel Moncada Smith

After our mother's passing following a seven-year struggle with Alzheimer's disease, we sought an impactful way to honor her memory. As such, we have initiated this tribute page in her name to support the ongoing fight against Alzheimer's.

By establishing this page, we aim to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association to further their essential efforts, including providing care and support for affected families, advancing research initiatives, and maintaining their complimentary 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900). Each contribution directly supports individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer's.
