In Loving Memory of Manuel Roman

Alzheimer’s Disease is a journey no one should have to face alone. For my family, the reality of this disease hit when my father, Manuel Roman, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. It was a diagnosis that shook us to the core, but it also opened our eyes to the resilience and strength we never knew we had.

It wasn’t easy. Alzheimer's is not just about memory loss it’s about watching someone you love slowly fade away. It’s the struggle of trying to find the right words when they can’t remember them. It’s the pain of seeing them forget special moments that meant the world to them, and it’s the guilt that often comes with knowing that you can’t fix what’s happening.

Our journey has been difficult, but it has also taught us so much about patience, compassion, and the importance of cherishing every moment. We are not just fighting to care for a loved one we’re fighting to ensure that future generations won’t have to go through the same battles. That’s why this cause is so close to my heart.

I am proud to be part of this movement, and I hope my story can inspire others to speak up, share their experiences, and support those who need it the most.

Thank you for being part of the fight. Together, we can make Alzheimer’s a thing of the past.
