June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month, a time to learn, take action, and support those impacted by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Throughout the month, the Alzheimer’s Association MA/NH Chapter is hosting a series of virtual programs and expert-led sessions focused on building brain-healthy habits, including topics like exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness. These engaging programs are designed to give you practical, science-backed ways to support your brain health while deepening your connection to the cause.
