Ways to fundraise
While there are no fundraising minumums required for 48 Peaks, we are here to help support you in reaching your goals. Every dollar raised is making a difference in the future of Alzheimer's, and we need your help to continue moving our mission forward. As you fundraise, you'll unlock cool prizes you can wear on your hikes!
As a participant of 48 Peaks, you will be provided with a fundraising webpage, staff support, and tips and tools to help you reach your fundraising goal, including:
Participant Kit
We'll provide you with a Getting Started Guide once you register to help you customize your page (photo, link, bio, etc.) and other tools like setting up a Facebook Fundraiser. Staff are here every step of the way!
Facebook Fundraiser
Once you register, you can create a Facebook Fundraiser and reach everyone in your network.
Mobile App
Send text messages, check your progress or deposit check donations from your mobile device.
Earn fun prizes
For every dollar you raise, you'll earn points towards our Do What You Love branded prizes, in addition to the 48 Peaks t-shirt!
Email Templates
Copy and send messages to everyone in your contacts list.
Online Community
Connect with other participants to share ideas and get inspired through our Facebook and Instagram.

The ALZ Fundraising app is your one-stop shop for all of your fundraising efforts to help fight Alzheimer's. You can:
- Stay up-to-date on your fundraising progress.
- Send emails or text messages to family and friends.
- Update your photo/story and post your page on social media.
- Deposit checks you receive from donors.
- Track and log your activity with fitness device integration.
- Use A/R photo filters to create unique 3D frames and then share your photo to spread awareness.

Matching Gifts
Many employers offer programs to match charitable contributions made by their employees. These matching gifts are an opportunity to double or possibly triple your donation to Do What You Love to End ALZ and further increase funding for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
Once the matching donation is received and processed by the Alzheimer's Association, the donation will be credited to the participant, team or event specified on the form. As some companies release matching funds on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, please allow sufficient time for the contribution to be processed.

Paper copy submissions - matching gifts
While many companies provide electronic applications for matching gifts, others require a paper form to be validated by the Alzheimer's Association. If your employer requires this paper form validation, please complete the appropriate section and send it to the address below. We will complete the form and forward it to your corporate matching gift office for processing.
