John’s diagnosis
John is living with a rare form of Alzheimer’s called Posterior Cortical Atrophy (PCA). It’s a disease that changes so much more than memory, and it’s something we navigate together every single day.
I can’t change his diagnosis, but I can walk for him. I can raise awareness, support research, and hopefully make a difference for another family facing this disease.
