My Updates

The World Record Holding Longest Open House Movement is Coming to Horace, ND!

Wednesday 15th Apr

The Longest Open House, a world record-setting, purpose-driven real estate event, is coming to Horace ND.

What started as a 64-hour marathon open house in Fargo, North Dakota has grown into a national movement. Agents across the country now host charitable open houses to raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s Association totaling over 200 hours together.

This is more than just an open house.

It’s about bringing our community together, supporting families impacted by Alzheimer’s, and using what we do every day to make a difference.

Alzheimer’s affects millions of families and together, we can help change that.

I’m proud to bring this movement to Horace, ND and be part of something bigger than real estate.

Stay tuned for event details and thank you for your support in helping us open doors for a cure.

Longest Open House Fargo ND | Opening Doors for a Cure

Wednesday 15th Apr

Alzheimer’s has touched so many families, including my Father, Grandfather and many other family members. As a REALTOR®, I wanted to find a way to use what I do every day to make a real impact in our community.

That’s why I’m hosting a Longest Open House for 67 hours here in Horace, ND

8907 Cottonwood BLVD Horace ND on June 25 - 28th

Join us for a community open house featuring:

Thursday - Block party - Food, Games, Music and more

Friday - Dance class and Garage Sale

Saturday - Brunch, Competative Puzzling and Profesional Wrestling

Sunday - Donuts and Dinos Kids day

Entry is free, donations are encouraged

Did you know that one in three seniors dies with Alzheimer’s or another dementia? Millions of families are affected every day

Every dollar raised helps fund research, care, and support through the Alzheimer’s Association.

This event means a lot to me as our 6th annual event. What started in Fargo ND has turned into a National Movement of Open Houses for a cure all across the Nation.

I’d love for you to stop by, bring a friend, and be part of something bigger.

Thank you,

Kyle Olson
