TENNIS:

Format: Women's Doubles 3.0/3.5/4.0 and Mixed Doubles. Find your partner in advance and start planning your fun team name!

Play two rounds of competitive tennis with a third Finals Round for the top two teams of each bracket. First round starts at 8:30am and Finals will start at Noon! We will be using a Pro Set format. Each round will be 40 minutes long; play to 12 games; No Ad.

MAHJONG:

Format: Tables & Tiles will be set up on the Grey Rock Golf Club patio. There will be two divisions of play: Beginner & Intermediate/Advanced.

Luanne Greyson will coordinate all participants with table assignments and details. Play as long as you like from 1-5pm.

OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT AND HONOR LOVED ONES:

Come cheer on our players and also make a difference with a donation. 

COURT TRIBUTES: For a generous $250 donation we will feature your loved one's name on a special courtside banner to keep those living with Alzheimer's/dementia in our hearts & minds that day. (Please use the Registration link below to add your Court Tribute and tell us the name you would like to honor on a banner.)

PROMISE GARDEN: For a generous donation of $25 we will place a beautiful flower with your loved ones name on it in our "Promise Garden" in the grassy area courtside.

EVENT DONATION FEES:

Registration/Donation is $75 for the Tennis event and $25 for the Mahjong event. You can sign up for one or both events!

HOW TO REGISTER:

This is Texas y'all so there's a two-step process!! (okay...technically maybe "three-step")

1. To register to play tennis and/or Mahjong, or to sponsor a Court Tribute, please complete this online form to sign up: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd7FJvROjkKhi5WZNyoGTvGK_bdl5gT0hcda-7EnCRTH9SJhA/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=111899686577067069985 

2. Once you have submitted your entry on the Google Form please wait to receive a Confirmation Email which could take 24 hours to arrive. This Confirmation Email will confirm your entry and will also include a total donation amount and link to make your donation.

3. The Confirmation Email will direct you back to this page where you will click the "DONATE NOW" button at the TOP RIGHT of this page and make your donation to cover your registration donation and any additional gift you'd like to make! Thanks!

If you are unable to play, but would like to make a donation, simply click DONATE NOW at the top right of this page to make a donation - and thank you!!
