As Founder of Workout to End ALZ and a Board Member of the Alzheimer’s Association National Capital Area Chapter, this mission is deeply personal to me.
My mother is my North Star and inspires my commitment to a world without Alzheimer’s and all dementia.
In partnership with Onelife Fitness, our Workout to End ALZ goal is $150,000 this year, while promoting the connection between fitness and brain health.
