27 Miles for 27 Years: Adi's Ascent Against Alzheimer's

Thursday 12th Mar

In January, I had ankle surgery. As I work my way back to full strength, I wanted to turn my recovery into something meaningful.

So on the weekend of my 27th birthday, I’ll be completing 27 miles to celebrate getting back on my feet while raising money for the Alzheimer’s Association.

The Alzheimer’s Association focuses heavily on brain health, and physical activity is one of the key ways we can help protect our brains as we age. This challenge is my way of celebrating progress in my own health while supporting a cause that helps so many families.

Thanks for being part of the journey.
