Annie's Angels

My mom was diagnosed with Dementia in late 2016. Up until then she lived a very free spirited and happy life. Her illness effected us all in different ways. Our family is so very blessed and thankful that mom was not sick for years, We were also so blessed that mom received the best care possible. Thanks to the wonderful nurses and staff at Merrimack County Nursing Home, our family was able to spend good quality time with Annie.

Our team will be recognizing Alzheimer's Awareness on Saturday May 30, 2026. On this day we will be volunteering at an Adopt A Spot honoring Annie our "Mother", "Grannie", "Sister", and "Friend". We will be gardening which was one of Annie's passions. We are going into the sixth year of maintaining this Adopt A Spot. We have watched many flowers grow and blossom in honor of our love for Annie. After we garden we will all gather at my home at 14 Redwing Road. We will celebrate with family and friends in honor of our beloved Grannie Annie.

We need your help to end this relentless disease. Together, the strength of our light will outshine the darkness of Alzheimer’s.
