Wednesday 18th Feb We look forward to welcoming our friends, family, clients and colleagues at this summer's party -- near the summer solstice longest day and our 5th wedding anniversary. This is the 10th year that Brenda has been involved with the Alzheimer's Association and the 3rd event being hosted by Garland Law.As before, this is an open-house style gathering at our home and yard on Douglas Lake. There will be live music, food and drinks plus a cash bar, a silent auction, and games -- including group trivia by Dr. Ann, back by popular demand! Weather permitting, we also hope to offer boat rides around the lake and FLOAT PLANE RIDES above the lake!
No donations are necessary, and we hope to see you all. If you find any part of the party any fun at all, or if you feel sorry for us, or if you fall somewhere in between -- we would be grateful for your support.
Come as you are. Bring a companion or make a friend!

Tuesday 17th Feb If you are among the talented and gifted who are interested in providing an item/service/event for our silent auction table, please contact Brenda! You know who you are.Current items include a Sartori-turned wooden vase, Kelley-painted lazy Susan, AmyLynn-knitted wool clothing, a plane ride with Cap'n Dave, and handcrafted cutting boards from the Wooden Veteran. Talk about custom! More to be announced!
The items will be available for bidding in person only, unless you send a proxy.

Tuesday 17th Feb Please note that Indigo will be present at the event, milling about.He doesn't get people food. No people food. Don't ruin our dog.
If you have a pet to bring, they are welcome, but know that there are other dogs in the neighborhood and a fair bit of wildlife and wild smells. And a lake to get wet in. We kindly ask that you consider a leash.
