As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, I have had the privilege of building meaningful relationships with so many incredible residents and their families. Working in memory care has shown me both the heartbreaking reality of Alzheimer's and dementia, and the beautiful moments of joy, love, laughter and connection that still shine through everyday.
This fundraiser is to not only honor the residents we have loved and lost- but the ones still fighting -individuals who left lasting fingerprints on our hearts and forever changed our lives. Through this fundraiser we hope to not only honor their legacy, but also raise awareness, support caregivers and families. Every donation, share and act of support helps keep their memory alive and brings hope for those still fighting.
