Join us at our annual picnic!

Hi everyone! Each year my family and I host a party in memory of Shirley and Jeff Kramer, my Grandma and Uncle who passed away from Alzheimer's. This year marked 10 years without Uncle Jeff, when I look back to what information and resources were available 10 short years ago compared to now it is a bittersweet feeling. I wish we could have had the information about the correlation of Down syndrome and Alzheimer's and maybe even more time with him as "him", same with my Grandma. But I am so proud because this information is available, there is more awareness AND there are more interventions because of the fight we have fought and the support we get from people like YOU!
