I love how you pour out your love to your Mom, it is so meaningful the connection you and your whole family still have with her despite her Alzheimers diagnosis. Your family is an inspiration. I know it is not easy and hard to watch at times but you all embrace it with grace and love. Glad to donate, we need more answers and treatment.

You Create What You Love
Saturday 19th Sep For years I have celebrated the Longest Day for my mom and all those facing Alzheimer's. This year they are evolving The Longest Day into 'Do What You Love to End Alzheimer's'.During this journey with my mom, I've learned that I need to have a space for things that ground me. Creating has always been an important part of me... ever since I was a little girl. And 10 days from now this 'little girl' turns 50! eeek!
For the next 10 days I will be 'Doing What I Love for Alzheimer's' and raising money for the Alzheimer's Association. World Alzheimer's Day is the 21st and my birthday is the 28th. This is the perfect time for me to focus on something that means so much to me. I will be creating and sharing and I would love for you to be part of it. If you'd like to help, a donation of any size means so much. And I'll be stitching a few thank you gifts along the way.
But first... I must go put the binding on a quilt I am finishing today... IYKYK
