Cookie Classic 2

This event is to raise money and awareness for early onset Alzheimer's. This event is named after my mother Karen Bancroft, aka Cookie. She was diagnosed in 2021 with early onset Alzheimer's and is in a memory facility being taken care of by my father Glenn. We are holding a disc golf event again this year and we have partnered with Discraft this year as our disc manufacturer. The stamp this year has been done by a local artist, Jason Pederson. We wanted to touch on the family trips we would have as children to Lake Tahoe to visit my Mom's parents house for Christmas. A bunch of desert dwellers having a blast playing in the snow, sledding, skiing, and building snowmen. My maternal grandmother was also diagnosed with Alzheimer's and passed away in 2020 from it.
