The Haven END ALZ Event

Come and join my event!

 Today, an estimated 50 million people worldwide are living with Alzheimer's or other dementias, including more than 6 million Americans. In the United States alone, more than 11 million friends and family members are providing their care. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.

Help us stand up to the darkness of Alzheimer’s! We are planning a fun day of brain healthy games and activities on June 21st. Please help us fundraise, RSVP or make a donation today to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease.

Here are the options to support the Haven Team:

Option 1- IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE in the day's fun activities, (competitions, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, bocce) we ask that you make a min. $20 donation. You have two options to participate as follows:

A- If you want to help us fundraise and have your own page and link that will support our team efforts, please click the Fundraise With Us button at the top left of the page and make a $20 donation

B- If you don't want to fundraise but you would like to participate in the days activities, you can simply use the RSVP button center left of the page and make the $20 donation while RSVP'ing

*Please include your Club Name/Interest Group in the "Notes" section when RSVP'ing

Option 2- IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE in the day's fun activities, but you would like to donate you have can either click the Donate Now button at the top right of the page, or you can drop off a check in the mailbox of Charlotte Main (60 Groveview Ave). Your check should be made out to the Alzheimer's Association.

NOTE - t-shirts are no longer available to team members.

The above event (“Event”) is a third-party fundraiser being held for the Alzheimer’s Association ("Association"). These sponsorships only apply to the Event. 100% of the fee that a donor pays for a listed sponsorship package becomes a non-refundable, direct donation to the Association, for which the Association will issue the donor a receipt. Other than this donation, the donor’s sponsorship of the Event creates no relationship of any kind between the Association and the donor; the Association will provide no goods or services to the donor for the donation.

The Event is not organized, managed or operated by the Association; it is organized, managed and operated by the noted fundraiser. Any recognition, benefits or promotional value associated with a sponsorship package is the sole responsibility of the fundraiser, and questions, arrangements or concerns regarding them are between the fundraiser and donor.
