It was a great day!

Friday 26th Jun
We had a great day walking the coast where my mom did so much of her walking through the years!  We were so fortunate to get a day swim pass for the Westin in Carlsbad.  We spent one lovely hour and a half soaking in the pool and hot tub and felt so energized for the last 6 miles.  Tomorrow I'll be volunteering at a Caregivers Conference.  Just one of the many supports that Alzheimer's Association sponsors.  

Walk the Coast with me!

Saturday 2nd May
Hoping you can join me as I walk the coast on June 20, 2026.  This is where my mom lived and loved to walk!   The plan is to take the 8:16 Coaster south from Oceanside to Solana Beach and then walk back!   Full schedule with stops is yet to be created but the idea is to have multiple long stops and opportunities for breaks.

Alzheimer's and other dementia related diseases are so awful and devastating for families. That's why I continue to raise money for The Alzheimer's Association as they provide support and research to end this suffering.
