Why I'm fundraising

Saturday 28th Mar
For my birthday I am fundraising to support those who have been affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias. I am named after my great Nani - who passed away from Alzheimer's before I was born. My mom says I would have loved her and she would have adored me. Please give in honor of those you know who have been affected by this horrible disease.
