Monday 30th MarAt Evergreen Wellspring Retirement Community, the SLC Embrace Community is more than just a place to live—we are a compassionate family dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Every day, we provide personalized care, dignity, and meaningful connections for our residents, creating a warm and supportive environment they can truly call home.
Our commitment extends beyond our community walls. We proudly support the fight to end Alzheimer’s by partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association and actively raising funds to advance research, provide resources, and bring hope to families everywhere. This cause is deeply personal to us, as we witness firsthand the impact of this disease and the strength of those who face it.
We invite you to join us in making a difference. With your support, we can continue to provide exceptional care for our residents while contributing to the global effort to end Alzheimer’s. Together, we can bring awareness, inspire hope, and move closer to a future without this disease.
