'Serving It Up For A Cause' Join us for Men's & Women's Doubles Competition at Pecan Plantation Tennis Courts.
Registration is now open. Join us at the Pecan Plantation Country Club tennis courts for a fun day of both men's and women's doubles, (no mixed doubles this time around). There will be two levels of play for both men and women. Level (A) will be for the more experienced or competitive player and level (B) will be for the more social player. (Step 1) Scroll down to the "RSVP" link. Click on the link and enter your full name and contact information. In the notes section, indicate your level of play (A, competitive or B, social) and provide your doubles partner's name if applicable. Close out the "RSVP" window and scroll down to the "Donate Now" tab. Click the "Donate Now" tab to complete the registration process for competition play. A minimum donation of $50.00 will be necessary in order to be entered into the tournament. All donation amounts are sincerely appreciated and all are welcome to attend the event in support of Alzheimer's research and funding. If you have a doubles partner that you want to be paired up with, your partner will need to go through the same process as outlined above, making sure to complete both the "RSVP" section and the "Donate Now" section. Players that do not identify a partner, will be paired up prior to event day. All registered players will receive a call back to confirm and review tournament information. The format will be best 2 out of 3 sets, with no-add scoring, and single set elimination. We will have a variety of local vendors as well as various Alzheimer's related, resources & organizations onsite. You must sign up in advance through the event specific link and QR code provided on this event page. Should you need assistance or have questions, please call Kimberly Carter Lewis at 817-228-3924 and leave a voicemail. Thank you for your time and participation in what is planned to be a yearly Alzheimer's benefit here in Hood County. Let's all work together towards a common cause and find a cure for this terrible disease which has personally touched so many of our friends, neighbors and loved one's. Do what you love and "Serve It Up For A Cause".
